How do you determine the style required for the course?

For our training to be successful, it’s absolutely essential that we know as much as possible about the individuals involved. We send questionnaires to all delegates to assess their needs and afterwards again to assess the development of every course. We also talk at length to individuals and managers to determine the types of personalities we will be training. We then match up the training to the individual. So if, for example, someone is introverted by nature, we’ll provide tools that they’ll be comfortable using.
