Digital Marketing Essentials
Designed to provide you with in-depth practical experience with the relevant skills and tools you need to succeed in today's rapidly moving Digital Marketing workplace.
In digital marketing, website optimization, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a system for increasing the percentage of visitors to a website that convert into customers, or more generally, take any desired action on a webpage.
Content marketing attracts prospects and transforms prospects into customers by creating and sharing valuable free content. Content marketing helps companies create sustainable brand loyalty, provides valuable information to consumers, and creates a willingness to purchase products from the company in the future. This relatively new form of marketing does not involve direct sales. Instead, it builds trust and rapport with the audience.
Social Media Marketing
Social media marketing is the use of social media platforms and websites to promote a product or service. Most social media platforms have built-in data analytics tools, which enable companies to track the progress, success, and engagement of ad campaigns. Companies address a range of stakeholders through social media marketing, including current and potential customers, current and potential employees, journalists, bloggers, and the general public.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the online visibility of a website or a web page in a web search engine's unpaid results—often referred to as "natural", "organic", or "earned" results. In general, the earlier (or higher ranked on the search results page), and more frequently a website appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine's users; these visitors can then be converted into customers.
Paid Search With Google Adwords
Search advertisements are targeted to match key search terms (called keywords) entered on search engines. This targeting ability has contributed to the attractiveness of search advertising for advertisers. Consumers will often use a search engine to identify and compare purchasing options immediately before making a purchasing decision. The opportunity to present consumers with advertisements tailored to their immediate buying interests encourages consumers to click on search ads instead of unpaid search results, which are often less relevant.
Display & Video Advertising
Display advertising is advertising on websites or apps through banners or other ad formats made of text, images, flash, video, and audio. The main purpose of display advertising is to deliver general advertisements and brand messages to site visitors.
Mobile marketing is multi-channel online marketing technique focused at reaching a specific audience on their smart phone, tablets, or any other related devices through websites, E mail, SMS and MMS, social media or mobile applications. Mobile marketing can provide customers with time and location sensitive, personalized information that promotes goods, services and ideas.
Email marketing is popular with companies for several reasons:
An exact return on investment can be tracked and has proven to be of high value when done properly. Email marketing is often reported as second only to search marketing as the most effective online marketing tactic. Advertisers can reach substantial numbers of email subscribers who have opted in to receive the email.
Digital analytics is a set of business and technical activities that define, create, collect, verify or transform digital data into reporting, research, analyses, recommendations, optimizations, predictions, and automations.
There, are numerous approaches to conducting digital strategy, but at their core, all go through four steps:
1. Identifying the opportunities and/or challenges in a business where online assets can provide a solution;
2. Identifying the unmet needs and goals of the external stakeholders that most closely align with those key business opportunities and/or challenges;
3. developing a vision around how the online assets will fulfill those business and external stakeholder needs, goals, opportunities and challenges,
4. prioritizing a set of online initiatives which can deliver on this vision.
Within each of those stages, a number of techniques and analyses may be employed.

How do you determine the style required for the course?
For our training to be successful, it’s absolutely essential that we know as much as possible about the individuals involved. We send questionnaires to all delegates to assess their needs and afterwards again to assess development of every course. We also talk at length to individuals and managers to determine the types of personalities we will be training. We then match up the training to the individual. So if, for example, someone is introverted by nature, we’ll provide tools that they’ll be comfortable using.
Is your training suitable for my industry?
